Separate single sessions from recurring coaching. State the sessions, support and resources included in each, with the price and billing period.
Define the session allowance
Write how included sessions are booked and handled if missed or unused. Check whether the chosen app supports the tracking you need; do not treat subscription billing as a session-credit system.
Configure the appointment schedule
Specify session duration, location or call link and available times. Review how a paid client reaches the calendar.
Prepare client resources
Upload the guides clients actually need and connect each resource space to the product that should unlock it. Keep free previews separate from paid resources.
Review the member experience
Walk through purchase, resource access and booking. Confirm what happens to access when the plan ends, and give clients clear instructions for their first session.
