Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of WhopDoc by Abra AI LLC at whopdoc.com and its hosted website address (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Abra AI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms are the WhopDoc Product Addendum to the Abra AI Master Terms of Service and apply to the free website, its tools, and the paid WhopDoc partner workspace. They control conflicts with the Master Terms and Master EULA for WhopDoc only, including eligibility, client work, submitted information, outputs and liability. They do not change terms for other Abra AI products.

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement. If you use the Service for a business or client, you must have authority to do so.

2. What the Service does

WhopDoc helps you explore business examples, read product information, ask AI questions, customize simulated experiences, and prepare or export setup plans. WhopDoc is an independent website operated by Abra AI. Our only relationship with Whop is participation in the Whop Partners program. WhopDoc is not owned, operated, sponsored, or endorsed by Whop, and has no other official affiliation with Whop. Whop names, logos, and interfaces belong to their respective owners. A referral relationship does not mean Whop endorses or guarantees this Service.

Our demos are simulations. They do not create a live Whop business, reserve an appointment, place an order, charge a card, or transfer a blueprint into Whop. Separate live business preparation or Blueprint features, where enabled and authorized, may send reviewed details to Whop and create business or offer records after your explicit confirmation. They are distinct from the simulated demo. Owner invitations, verification, remaining configuration and attribution must be completed and checked in Whop; a preview does not guarantee deployment or commissions.

3. AI answers and business decisions

AI answers, examples, prompts, and reports are starting points for your review. They can contain errors or omit important context, even when linked to documentation. Product features, availability, fees, payment methods, eligibility, and regional requirements can change. Check current official documentation and your account before acting.

The Service does not provide legal, tax, investment, banking, or other regulated professional advice. We do not promise revenue, savings, conversion rates, approval by Whop, or any particular business result. You remain responsible for your business, compliance, customer commitments, and decisions.

4. Your information and use of outputs

You keep your rights in information you provide. You give us and our service providers permission to process it as needed to deliver the features you request, secure the Service, and meet legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy. This is not a transfer of ownership.

Only submit information you are entitled to use and disclose. Do not submit passwords, API keys, card details, government IDs, health records, or sensitive customer information. You may use and adapt generated plans and reports for your business or clients, subject to these terms and any third-party rights. You may share client-specific deliverables with authorized clients and continue using lawfully exported deliverables after membership ends, subject to third-party rights and these restrictions. This does not permit reselling or sharing application access, source code, or the reference library. Outputs may resemble other outputs and are not guaranteed to be exclusive or protectable. The broader promotional, perpetual or irrevocable content licenses in the Master Terms and Master EULA do not expand the processing permission for private WhopDoc inputs.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Service lawfully. Do not attack or disrupt it, bypass authentication or usage limits, extract credentials or private data, submit unlawful or infringing material, impersonate others, or use automated requests in a way that overloads the Service. Do not resell access to the Service without our permission or present its simulated interfaces as live transactions.

We may restrict access for abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. AI features are subject to individual and shared usage limits.

6. Site content and third-party services

Our original branding, software, layout, and content remain ours or our licensors’. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive permission to use the Service and its content for your own or your clients’ business planning. This permission does not authorize republishing the Service as your own product or using our marks to imply endorsement. Open-source components and third-party materials retain their own licenses and rights.

Whop, hosting services, AI providers, linked websites, and other third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their services. Abra AI LLC supplies the WhopDoc membership. Whop handles its checkout and payment processing under Whop’s own terms. Other Whop purchases and business account decisions involve Whop and the relevant supplier.

7. Partner membership

The partner workspace requires valid access to the WhopDoc membership product on Whop. Membership pricing and billing frequency are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel before the next renewal through the membership controls in your Whop account to stop future charges. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access ends when the entitlement expires or is revoked. Nonpayment results in cancellation under Whop’s payment-failure handling, and the workspace requires active paid access. Failed-payment processing may include payment retries; do not rely on a failed payment as your cancellation request. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the seven-day initial-payment refund window and renewal rule. Joining does not provide unlimited AI usage; individual and shared usage limits apply. Member access is verified with Whop and may be temporarily unavailable during a provider outage. Private client records are associated with your signed-in account. Review client reports and prompts before sharing, and only provide information you are authorized to store.

8. Referral links

Some Whop signup links are referral links. We or a referring partner may earn a commission if you sign up or transact through them. The disclosure beside a link identifies this relationship. A referral link does not automatically implement a suggested setup or guarantee eligibility, pricing, or results.

9. Availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or storage of your work. Export anything you need to keep.

10. Limits on liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us specifically for this Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.

11. Claims arising from misuse

To the extent permitted by law, if you use the Service on behalf of a business, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims, reasonable costs, and losses arising from your unlawful use, infringement of another person’s rights, or material breach of these terms. This does not cover claims caused by our own unlawful conduct and does not limit mandatory consumer protections.

12. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Material changes will be called out on the website before taking effect where required. Changes apply prospectively. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law requires.
