WhopDoc by Abra AIBack to WhopDoc

Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies only to WhopDoc membership supplied by Abra AI LLC. It supplements the Abra AI Master Refund Policy and controls conflicts for WhopDoc only.

2. First payment: seven-day refund

You may request a full refund of your first WhopDoc membership payment within seven calendar days of that payment. This applies to the initial purchase of a monthly or annual membership. There is no course-completion, community-posting or other engagement requirement. The window does not restart when you cancel, rejoin or change plans.

3. Monthly and annual renewals

Subsequent monthly and annual subscription payments are not eligible for discretionary refunds. Cancelling does not refund a renewal already paid. This restriction does not affect billing-error remedies or refunds required by applicable law.

4. Cancellation and nonpayment

Cancel before renewal using the Whop membership controls to stop future charges. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access ends when the paid entitlement expires or is revoked; a refunded subscription may end earlier. Nonpayment results in cancellation under Whop’s payment-failure handling. Payment retries may occur before cancellation, so cancel explicitly if you do not want to renew. Cancelling and requesting a refund are separate actions.

5. Request a refund

Email team@muddventures.com with the subject “WhopDoc refund request,” your purchase email and transaction details within the refund window. Do not send full card details or passwords. We respond within five business days and submit approved refunds to the original payment method within seven business days; bank processing may take additional time. An eligible timely request remains timely while we review it.

6. Billing errors and mandatory rights

Contact us or Whop about duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect charges. Nothing in this policy limits statutory withdrawal rights, remedies for defective or undelivered services, or bank and card-issuer dispute rights. Where applicable, those rights take priority over the seven-day window and renewal restriction. For WhopDoc, a seven-day reporting cutoff or automatic penalty for exercising protected dispute rights in a general policy does not limit these protections. Other products’ engagement gates do not apply.
