Privacy Policy

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Abra AI LLC, the operator of WhopDoc by Abra AI LLC, handles information on whopdoc.com and its hosted website address. It covers WhopDoc’s website and features, including its partner workspace. It supplements the Abra AI Master Privacy Policy and controls conflicting general descriptions for WhopDoc, including AI training, promotion, international processing, tracking and retention. It does not govern Whop or other linked services.

2. Information you provide

When you ask AI or request an assessment, we process your question, relevant conversation history, and any business brief, notes, or selected capabilities you include. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal or customer information. If you contact us, we process your contact details and the contents of your message to respond.

Public business plans, demo customizations, and conversation history are held in the current page session. The partner workspace stores client briefs, selected capabilities, assessment results, demo customizations, stage, next actions, and your referral link in your account when you save or edit a client record. Whop sign-in provides your user identifier and basic profile. We check your access to the WhopDoc product to unlock member features. We store encrypted sign-in tokens server-side and use essential security cookies. If you connect Whop for business preparation, we also store an encrypted authorization for your partner account so it can be reused across clients and sign-ins. When you authorize live business preparation, reviewed business, offer, pricing and optional Blueprint details are sent to Whop; preparation status and resulting identifiers are stored with the client record. Owner invitations may need to be completed directly in Whop. Full chat conversations are not archived by the application. Exported reports are created in your browser; downloading, printing, or opening your device’s share menu does not send the report to us. Anyone you share a report with receives the information you include.

3. Technical and usage information

Hosting and security infrastructure can process IP addresses, browser and device information, request URLs, timestamps, authentication information, and diagnostic logs. For AI usage limits, the application stores a hashed network-address or authenticated account identifier, request IDs and dates, request counts, and cost records. A hash is a pseudonymous identifier, not a promise of anonymity. Operational logs include model, timing, usage, and assessment metadata; the application does not intentionally log the text of your prompts or full answers.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide requested answers and assessments, retrieve relevant documentation, remember requested preferences, respond to requests, manage usage and costs, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. If you allow the optional Whop pixel, we use it for referral attribution and marketing measurement.

Where applicable privacy law requires a lawful basis, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing it, consent for optional tracking, and applicable legal obligations. You can withdraw tracking consent without losing access to the core website.

5. AI and documentation providers

AI submissions are sent to OpenRouter and its routed model providers, including the answer model and Jev assessment service. Documentation searches send search text and relevant context to Whop’s official documentation service. These providers receive the information needed for the requested feature and may process it in other countries. Provider retention and data-use practices vary; we do not promise zero retention or that all routed providers exclude training.

Review OpenRouter’s Privacy Policy, its provider data policies, and Whop’s Privacy Policy. WhopDoc itself does not use your submitted prompts to train an AI model.

6. Cookies, browser storage, and the Whop pixel

We use browser storage to remember your tracking choice, a referral link you choose to save, and whether you tell us you already use Whop. Session storage remembers whether a category-scroll hint has been shown. These public-site settings stay on that browser; they are not a backup of your business plans. The partner workspace also uses essential Secure, HttpOnly cookies to protect sign-in and maintain your session. Partner referral settings are saved server-side with your account.

The optional Whop pixel is off until you choose to allow it. When enabled, it sends page events and named interactions (example views, completed customization and demos, referral clicks, and checkout openings) to Whop’s tracking service and may use cookies or other identifiers for referral attribution and marketing measurement. We do not include client names, entered prices, briefs, notes or chat text in these interaction events. Whop may receive page URLs, device and browser information, IP address, identifiers, and activity information and associate them with information it already holds. This type of disclosure may count as “sharing” or a “sale” under some privacy laws even if no money is paid for the data.

Use Privacy choices to allow or reject optional tracking. Choices expire after 180 days. If tracking is already enabled, turning it off reloads the page to stop the loaded pixel; export any plan you need first. Clearing cookies or site storage may also require a new choice. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by leaving the optional pixel off. Essential security and usage processing still occurs.

7. Who receives information

Our hosting infrastructure, including Sites and Cloudflare, processes information to deliver and secure the website. OpenRouter, routed model providers, and Whop documentation services process information for features you request. Whop handles partner sign-in and membership verification when you request those features. Whop receives optional pixel tracking data only when tracking is allowed on this website. Remote image hosts, such as Unsplash, receive the technical information needed to deliver images to your browser.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or as part of a business transfer subject to applicable protections. We do not sell business briefs or chat transcripts to data brokers. Optional pixel disclosures are described above. When you follow a referral link or sign into a third-party service, that service’s policies apply; it may record attribution independently of our pixel settings.

8. Retention and security

Public page-session business plans and conversations are lost when the page is reloaded or closed. Saved partner client records and referral settings remain in your account until you delete them or request deletion. Membership expiry restricts workspace access without immediately deleting your saved records. Sign-in sessions expire after seven days; expired session records are cleaned up during subsequent sign-ins. You can sign out to remove the current session. A separately authorized Whop business connection remains saved across sign-outs until its authorization becomes invalid or you request its removal. You can revoke the authorization in Whop. Browser preferences remain until you remove them or, for tracking consent, the choice expires. Copies of reports you download or share remain wherever you save or send them.

Usage, security, billing, and correspondence records are retained as needed for their purpose, legal obligations, or resolving disputes; there is no automatic deletion schedule currently configured for the application’s AI usage ledger. Infrastructure and AI providers have separate retention practices. Requests to delete information are subject to legal and security exceptions. We use measures such as encrypted connections, server-side credentials, and access and usage controls; no system can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your choices and rights

You can use the browsing and demo features without submitting an AI question. You can edit or remove a saved referral link in its settings, use Privacy choices to reject tracking, and clear this site’s browser storage to remove stored preferences. We cannot remotely delete files you have downloaded or copies you shared with someone else.

Depending on your location and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; and appeal a denied request or complain to a regulator. Contact team@muddventures.com to make a request or appeal. Describe the request and the information involved without sending passwords or sensitive records. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority and will respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights.

10. Children, international processing, and updates

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.

Our providers may process information in the United States and other countries with different privacy protections. International processing remains subject to applicable legal requirements; contact us with questions about providers or transfer arrangements.
