Write the services, inclusions and prices customers will choose. Identify details that change a quote, such as vehicle size or condition, instead of silently charging every job the same amount.
Plan the appointment
Choose appointment duration, available times and meeting location. Account for travel in the schedule and tell customers how their service address will be agreed; do not assume the booking app optimizes routes.
Connect bookings and payment
Decide whether the booking itself is paid or whether the job is agreed first and paid through a checkout link. Keep those routes distinct so customers understand what their purchase reserves.
Prepare the customer instructions
Draft the booking confirmation, arrival instructions and your cancellation or rescheduling policy. Confirm how each message will be delivered rather than assuming Whop sends every custom message automatically.
Set up payment at the car, if needed
