How this could work for your business
You can sell a defined creative package with a checkout link, then give the client a place to receive files and discuss the project. After collaborator work is approved, Whop lets you send a team payment from the business balance.
The setup should follow the project: what the client buys, what you need from them, how feedback is collected and what the final handoff includes. A private project space connects payment to delivery, but it does not replace a clear brief or agreement on revisions.

Define the package and price
Write the deliverables, revision allowance, timeline and client inputs. If payment is staged, describe the intended arrangement and confirm the documented way to implement it.
Create the payment route
Make the checkout match the agreed package. Keep sales copy and billing terms consistent with the service agreement.
Create the private project space
Choose the files and conversation apps the client needs. Restrict access to that client rather than using a shared folder visible to everyone.
Prepare client intake
List the assets, brief and decisions needed to begin. Define where the client submits them and who checks that they are complete.
Plan feedback and final delivery
Separate work-in-progress feedback from final deliverables. Write how approval is recorded and how the client finds the completed files.
Prepare collaborator payments
Only include approved work, with recipient and amount. Review the source balance and documented fee in the Pay your team flow before sending.
